The Business Information Developer Consultant Senior is an expert in developing and executing data mining analyses. How you will make an impact: Undertakes complex assignments requiring specialized technical knowledge. Develops complex and strategic report applications from a Data Warehouse. Establishes and communicates team goals and direction. Maintains advanced knowledge of data warehouse design, data definitions, system capabilities, and data integrity issues. Provides guidance and training to less experienced staff. Monitors project schedules and costs. Develops and supports complex Data Warehouse applications, including database design and implementation. Conducts training on application usage. Focuses on programming and designing solutions. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BS/BA degree and at least 6 years of experience, or equivalent education and experience. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: Expertise in PC, spreadsheet, database skills, and Business Information tools; programming/query languages highly preferred. 4-5 years of SQL coding experience highly preferred. 1-2 years of Snowflake, R, and Python experience highly preferred. Experience analyzing healthcare data, including clinical programs and member engagement, highly preferred. Knowledge of healthcare coding sets (e.g., ICD-10) highly preferred. Client-focused approach highly preferred. Effective communication skills across organizational levels highly preferred.
