Candidates can report to Pulse Point locations in Mason, OH, Indianapolis, IN, Richmond, VA, Norfolk, VA, Atlanta, GA, or Louisville, KY. The Business Information Developer Consultant Senior is an expert in developing and executing data mining analyses. How you will make an impact: Undertakes complex assignments requiring specialized technical knowledge. Develops complex and varied strategic report applications from a Data Warehouse. Establishes and communicates team goals and direction. Maintains advanced knowledge of data warehouse design, data definitions, system capabilities, and data integrity issues. Provides guidance and training to less experienced staff. Monitors project schedules and costs. Develops and supports complex Data Warehouse applications, including database design. Conducts training on application use. Focuses on programming and designing solutions. Minimum Requirements: BS/BA degree and at least 6 years of experience, or equivalent education and experience. Preferred Skills and Experiences: Expertise in PC, spreadsheet, database skills, and business information tools. 4-5 years SQL coding experience. 1-2 years Snowflake, R, and Python experience. Experience analyzing healthcare data, including clinical programs and member engagement. Knowledge of healthcare coding sets like ICD-10. Client-focused and effective communicator across organizational levels. Note: Positions in Government Business Divisions may require additional clearances and adherence to specific policies.
