Candidates should be comfortable leading building operations for a high-rise luxury property, working hands-on with their team, and overseeing complex mechanical systems and vendor relationships . Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead and manage day-to-day building operations for a 43-story luxury high rise
• Oversee preventive maintenance and operation of high-rise mechanical systems, including WSHPs, cooling towers, DOAS units, fire safety systems, elevators, and more
• Manage and support a team of 2 (Maintenance Tech and Groundskeeper), and oversee vendors and contracted services
• Maintain strong communication with residents, ownership, and contractors to ensure timely, high-quality service

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Chief Engineer in a luxury high-rise or high-rise hotel
• Strong hands-on technical background with HVAC, cooling towers, gensets, and fire/life safety systems
• Ability to read and understand MEP plans and communicate effectively with vendors and ownership
• EPA Universal and CPO certifications required
