Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled Excel Expert / Microsoft 365 Solutions Analyst to support the optimization and oversight of enterprise information systems and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be certified in Microsoft Excel and demonstrate advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting automation, and system integration using Microsoft 365 tools. In addition to supporting information analysis and reporting, the role involves maintaining and auditing government-furnished equipment (GFE) and credential inventories, supporting SharePoint data validation across dual systems, and assisting in the utilization of the Warehouse Management Information System (WMIS). • Maintain and improve data accuracy across dual reporting systems, including SharePoint and Excel-based inventory trackers.
  • Incorporate and maintain GFE and credential records, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Support the configuration, maintenance, and user adoption of SharePoint sites and libraries.
  • Assist in the management and integration of WMIS-related data and reporting functions.
  • Create automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Develop data pipelines and scripts to improve data acquisition, transformation, and reporting scalability.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 environments including permissions, secure data access, and collaboration tools.
  • Build and maintain interactive visualizations and dashboards using Power BI.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, business, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting federal programs or working with GFE tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with WMIS or other inventory/logistics systems.
  • Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., XML, JavaScript, ETL tools).
  • Hands-on experience with statistical analysis tools such as SPSS, SAS, or advanced Excel models.
  • Microsoft Excel Expert Certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA macros, advanced formulas, and dynamic arrays.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and visualize data from multiple sources.
  • Strong SQL or Excel-based data modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills
