Job Details Job Location TFHE-The Foundation for Hispanic Education - San Jose, CA Salary Range $70000.00 - $150000.00 Salary Description Position Overview: The Foundation for Hispanic Education (TFHE) is seeking dedicated and visionary administrators to join our leadership team for the 2025-2026 school year. We are building an eligibility pool for anticipated vacancies across various leadership roles at our three charter high schools. These positions are critical in creating an inclusive, high-performing environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional growth of all students. Candidates selected will be considered for roles that guide instruction, student support, school culture, and community engagement, aligned with our commitment to equitable educational opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Provide strong, effective leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive school culture. Manage day-to-day school operations, ensuring that the school environment is conducive to learning, collaboration, and growth. Instructional Leadership: Oversee curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment practices to ensure high academic standards and the implementation of best practices in teaching and learning. Lead professional development for staff to continually improve instructional effectiveness. Student Support and Discipline: Work closely with students, staff, and families to ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging school environment. Address student discipline and behavioral issues in accordance with district policies, fostering restorative practices and promoting positive student development. Community Engagement and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and community partners. Engage stakeholders in decision-making processes and foster a shared vision of success for all students. Act as an advocate for students and the school within the broader community. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize student data, assessments, and feedback to inform instructional practices and improve student outcomes. Lead efforts to monitor student progress and address achievement gaps. Resource Management: Oversee budget allocation, staff resources, and facilities management to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the school. Work to secure resources that support the needs of students and staff. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure the school complies with district policies, state regulations, and federal guidelines. Manage required reporting and documentation, including compliance with safety, health, and academic standards. Qualifications: A Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field Valid administrative credential (as required by the State of California). Proven experience in educational leadership, with a track record of improving student achievement and fostering a positive school climate. Strong understanding of curriculum design, instructional strategies, and assessment practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse student populations, staff, and community members. Commitment to equity and inclusion in all aspects of school leadership. Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a background check and clearance to work in a public school setting. Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
