Job Description

Judge Direct Placement is seeking HRIS in Sioux City, IA area! The candidate will be responsible for making sure the Human Resources Information systems are meeting the needs of the growing business and serve as a liaison between internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Collect & report data to other departments within the company
• Create and maintain HR information systems and databases (specifically ADP, EV6, and ADP eTime)
• Handle data regarding employee productivity, attendance records & salary information
• Ensure security protocols regarding information systems are in place & followed
• Enter employee data into information systems and update as needed
• Develop collaborative relationships with colleagues

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HRIS experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of ADP products
• Knowledge of HRIS software and systems
• Must demonstrate a strong work ethic
• Posses an analytical mindset
• Work in a team environment
