As a Junior Marketing Assistant , you’ll represent nonprofit partners at live events , pop-up activations , and community outreach campaigns . You’ll connect directly with the public to share meaningful causes, inspire support, and help generate crucial funding for impactful programs.
🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent nonprofit campaigns at events, booths, and outreach locations
Engage with the public through face-to-face conversations and storytelling
Communicate campaign messages, encourage donations, and answer questions
Assist with event logistics, setup, and distributing promotional materials
Record and track donor interactions and feedback
Collaborate with team members to refine engagement strategies
Participate in ongoing training to strengthen communication and fundraising skills
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for social causes, nonprofit work, or community engagement
Friendly, outgoing personality with a desire to inspire and connect
Comfort working in face-to-face, fast-paced environments
Flexible availability, including weekends and event-based shifts
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
