We are seeking a Community Director (Reside On-Site Property Manager) to become a part of our team! You will help plan, manage and facilitate all aspects of renting and leasing.

Requirements:

• Live on-site in a two-bedroom bedroom unit.
• Two years experience in LIHTC renting and leasing.
• Proven experience in office administration or facilities management.
• Strong skills in data entry and customer relationship management systems.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for the community.
• Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining positive relationships with residents.
• Familiarity with management techniques to promote community services effectively.
• Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with residents, staff, and vendors professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all rental transactions
• Attract and educate new tenants
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
• Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Supervise and train property staff
• Enforce HUD, LIHTC, property and management's rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Two year's prior experience in LIHTC property management
• Familiarity with rental contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
