Provide fun & escapism in guest services. Excellent customer service skills; must be highly organized and have a good knowledge of swimming pool equipment and maintenance. responsible for maintaining safe and clean areas in and around the waterpark and pools.
Summary: This position welcomes guests, attends to their needs, sets up furniture and equipment, conducts routine pool area inspections, and ensures that the swimming pool area is maintained in a neat and organized manner.

Monitor activities in and near the waterpark through guest surveillance. Prevent injuries by minimizing or eliminating hazardous situations and behaviors. The following duties are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
  • Welcoming all guests and visitors to the water park and ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Setting up umbrellas, lounge chairs, and other pool furniture.
  • Ensuring the swimming pools, furniture and facilities are clean and safe.
  • Providing guests with towels, shade, refreshments, and attending to their requests.
  • Clearing used towels, glasses, and trash.
  • Enforcing safety protocols as set out by the waterpark and hotel.
  • Monitoring the activity of guests and ensuring their safety.
  • Reporting any damage or incidents to the supervisor and or management.
Qualifications:
  • Recent First Aid certification.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Physically fit, good swimming abilities, and able to perform physical labor.
  • Ability to move and lift heavy furniture and equipment.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of pool equipment and safety measures.
  • Professional appearance and pleasant demeanor.
  • Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and after hours.

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 6 months of related work experience.
