Job Description

Our client, a leader in the nonwovens industry, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. As a Process Engineer , you will be part of the production department supporting innovative product development. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a desire to excel in a team-based environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Process Engineer 

Location: Maplewood, MN

Pay Range: $20 to $25 per hour
Duration 12 month contract

What's the Job?

• Configuring, operating, and maintaining nonwovens process equipment.
• Measuring the properties of and characterizing nonwoven materials.
• Maintaining detailed record keeping and communication of technical work and results.
• Following and developing standard operating procedures.
• Ensuring a safe and organized work environment while handling materials.

• One (1) year as a technician experience
• Background in mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, or process operations
• Comfortable with material handling (lifting pails, moving pallets – max 50 lbs)
• Exposure to robotics, internships, or technical school projects is a plus
• High school diploma/GED or higher is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
