Job Description

Locums Radiologist Opportunity - Elk Grove Village, IL Availability

Dates Needed:
- May 31 - June 6
- June 9 - June 13
- June 23 - June 28
- June 30
Schedule: On-site only, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Remote Coverage: Not needed

Clinical Details

Primary Focus: Diagnostic reads (DX)
- Modalities: Plain films, CTs, MRIs
- Occasional cerebral perfusion (CTP) studies
  - If unfamiliar, the candidate can be paired with a reader; training is encouraged
Light Interventional Procedures (IR): Variable volume (0-6 per day)
- Myelograms
- Lumbar punctures (fluoroscopic guidance)
- Retrograde urethrograms
- Arthrograms
- Joint injections (fluoroscopic guidance)
- GI fluoroscopy procedures:
  - Video swallows (Modified Barium Swallow Studies)
  - Upper GI series
  - Lower GI series (barium enemas, full contrast, air/double contrast)

Licensure & Certifications

Preferred:
- Experience with light IR procedures
- Willingness to train in or read CTP studies
