Job Description

SDR Manager

At Blinq, we believe the first interaction can spark opportunities that last a lifetime. That's why we built the world's #1 digital business card - an instant, intuitive way to exchange details - and that success has won our wedge into something bigger. Next, we're building on that momentum to reshape how professionals stay connected not just in the moment, but long after. In a world where follow-ups slip through the cracks and relationships are increasingly fragmented, we're building the tools to keep people genuinely connected. If you're driven to shape the future of human connection, we'd love to have you with us.

Customers love it: Over 100K reviews and a 4.9/5 rating on the App Store - people around the world rely on Blinq to make that first interaction count.

Rapid growth: Doubling ARR every few months, expanding into new markets, and rapidly building our team across Sydney, Melbourne, San Francisco, and New York.

Well-resourced: Backed by top VCs like Blackbird, HubSpot Ventures and Square Peg, we're continuously investing in the people and tools that fuel our mission.

A rare moment to join: We're hitting an inflection point - big enough to have momentum, small enough for you to shape the journey.

The way we work: We value real connections, inside and out - our offices buzz with creativity, and fresh ideas can come from anywhere. We're big believers in the spark that happens when people come together in person. That's why we spend three days a week collaborating in the office - trading ideas, solving problems face-to-face, and celebrating small wins. The rest of the week is yours to work wherever you're most productive.

Growth at Blinq: Our Growth team is where sales, marketing, and growth strategy collide to supercharge Blinq's reach. We bring our story to life for customers, partners, and the broader market - showing them how a single "card share" can launch a lasting relationship. If you're passionate about connecting big ideas to the people who need them most, this is your place to shine.

Role & Impact: You're joining Blinq at a pivotal moment - not just for our team, but for the way the world connects. As our first SDR Manager, you're not here to push volume - you're here to build and coach a sharp, hungry team of SDRs. This is a chance to shape the outbound motion from the ground up, define the culture, and lead from the front as we scale.

You'll lead and level-up a team of SDRs who are driving the top of our sales funnel and the first impression of Blinq. Your job is to make sure they're supported, sharpened, and always learning. You'll bring structure, clarity, and energy to a team that's growing fast.

What You'll Do

  • Own the SDR function end-to-end, from productivity and performance to process, structure, and results
  • Create a high-performance, electric sales floor where reps are curious, competitive, and pushing each other to get better every day
  • Roll up your sleeves when needed - write sequences, jump on calls, lead from the front
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to align on ICP, refine messaging, and close the feedback loop
  • Own tools, processes, and reporting ensuring the team moves fast, stays focused, and keeps the CRM clean
  • Scale the team with business needs - you'll hire, onboard, and develop SDRs as we grow
  • Set your own cadence for how the team operates - daily standups, 1:1s, pipeline reviews, live call coaching, and output/input tracking
  • Maintain a strong LinkedIn presence to support employer branding, recruiting, and top-of-funnel engagement

What You'll Bring

  • 710 years of experience in outbound sales or SDR leadership, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong operator instincts - comfortable building playbooks, workflows, and call scripts from the ground up
  • Enterprise sales experience - understands how to run multi-threaded, multi-channel outreach to executive buyers
  • Empathetic but direct coaching style - delivers feedback that lands, helps reps level up quickly, and builds a culture of accountability
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset - energized by launching a new market and motion, and ready to roll up their sleeves
  • A deep belief in Blinq's mission and the ambition to build a category-defining go-to-market team

Salary Range

  • Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 USD
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000 - $170,000 USD
  • Performance-based commission structure with uncapped earning potential

What You Get: We're serious about our mission to help the world connect, but we also make sure our own team is thriving - both in and outside of work. Here's a taste of what you can expect:

Competitive salary & growth path: As Blinq grows, your role and compensation grow with it - no glass ceilings here.

Health & wellbeing: Premium healthcare (including dental and vision), because feeling good fuels your best work.

Generous paid time off: We encourage everyone to take at least 20 days fully disconnect each year, with a flexible policy beyond that.

Parental leave: Inclusive policies to ensure you have the support you need for your family.
