In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to optimize the use of real property assets and space within the organization's real estate portfolio. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic facility plans, forecasting long-term space demands, and identifying space solutions aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with end-users and stakeholders to understand operational workflows and spatial relationships, developing tactical solutions that meet departmental needs while considering overall space constraints. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to the planning team. This role requires a commitment to workplace safety, including respiratory fit testing for all successful candidates, in accordance with occupational health standards. Job Duties & Responsibilities Support facility strategic and master planning initiatives. Advise the Director and planning teams on space requirements and portfolio management. Assess strategic space needs, including portfolio square footage and infrastructure requirements, to identify gaps between supply and demand. Review and improve space utilization across the portfolio, proposing solutions for leadership consideration. Develop and implement space planning and optimization programs, enhancing data workflows and addressing data gaps. Lead space planning projects and management programs. Maintain effective communication to manage internal and external relationships. Collaborate within teams to achieve optimal outcomes. Skills & Requirements Bachelor's degree in arts, interior design, architecture, facilities management, logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility planning or coordination, preferably in a corporate or healthcare environment.
