Our Client, an EV Manufacturer company, is looking for a Senior UX Writer - Invehicle Experience for their Palo Alto, CA / Irvine, CA / Hybrid location. Responsibilities: Work closely with product designers and engineers to shape the user experience through content and copy, impacting how users interact with their vehicles and mobile apps. Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams from strategy to production. Balance brand voice with UX principles, guiding users effectively through the experience. Help shape the user experience and design unique Client experiences. Translate complex concepts into clear, approachable language, becoming an expert in our products. Contribute to and expand our copy system for a consistent experience across the ecosystem. Assist with other writing projects, such as naming or feature positioning. Requirements: 5+ years of experience writing for brands and digital products. Portfolio showcasing digital product experience with end-to-end flows and engaging copy. Experience with Figma, Google Suite, Jira, and Confluence. Ability to present work, explain ideas, and collaborate effectively. Familiarity with research to define verbal strategies. Appreciation for testing and iterating on work. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities. Experience creating concise, on-brand copy for invehicle, app, and web experiences. Comfort exploring multiple strategic directions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
