Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

At Adobe, we empower our teams to build world-class digital experiences. Join our innovative Adobe Service Management (ASM) team, where you will play a crucial role in crafting the future of ITSM frameworks across Adobe. As a Senior Change and Release Manager, you will contribute to a collaborative and ambitious environment, driving excellence in service delivery.

About the Role

We are in search of a hard-working Senior Change and Release Manager to join our Change and Release Management - ASM (CaRMA) team. In this role, you will be accountable for the seamless design and implementation of industry-leading processes within a complex production environment. You will drive our efforts to build strategic, scalable processes that align with Adobe's objectives. Your key focus will be to ensure our framework enables engineering teams to deploy services safely and resiliently.

About You

You are a problem solver with a proven track record in Change and Release Management. You possess a deep understanding of various SDLC methodologies and have successfully implemented deployment strategies at scale. You are an encouraging leader with experience governing a change/release practice in both on-prem and multi-cloud environments. Your decision-making is data-driven, and you excel at communicating complex concepts to all levels of an organization. Your technical competence and ability to engage in detailed technical discussions make you an ideal fit for this role.

What you'll Do

  • Deliver an effective Change and Release Management strategy aligned with Adobe's objectives
  • Drive the adoption of Adobe-wide frameworks through positive relationships and influence
  • Ensure framework evolution addresses product and development lifecycles
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product/program management and development teams to align and socialize roadmaps
  • Represent CaRMA in meetings with executives and partners to ensure regular communication and updates
  • Monitor and report on the overall health of Change and Release Management at Adobe, resolving cross-functional issues as needed

What you need to succeed

  • Extensive experience with ITSM frameworks, specifically in Change and Release Management, and familiarity with Incident and Problem Management
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, including its functionalities and operations
  • Proven success in implementing Change and Release Management practices at scale
  • Ability to prioritize the needs of various collaborators and influence decisions without formal authority
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to connect with technical and non-technical partners
  • Demonstrated technical competence, with experience working closely with developers and designers
  • Track record of defining and implementing strategies that bring value
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Passion for setting standards and driving methodologies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $107,900 -- $216,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
