About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Distributor Relations and Services to join their global asset management business. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the firm's expansion, particularly in the EMEA region, by building and managing relationships with third-party distributors. This role is pivotal in the strategic decision to pursue asset-raising opportunities in the global retail markets. The Vice President will be responsible for stakeholder management, overseeing the client experience, supporting new business opportunities, and maintaining distribution databases. They will also be involved in project management of distribution agreements, proactive engagement with key distributors, and assisting in the design and implementation of scalable practices for client asset servicing. Applicants for the Vice President role should have outstanding financial services experience, with a preference for a background in client service or sales support. A strong understanding of both private and public asset classes, as well as intermediary distribution, is essential. The role requires in-depth client service and stakeholder management skills, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to multitask in a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is expected, and working knowledge of Salesforce is preferable. The ideal candidate will be high-energy, enthusiastic, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in influencing and communication. The role may involve some travel and demands a proactive, self-starting individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.
